To get down to the specifics inside of your insights, you can filter them using the filter icon (located in the top right corner on the Content, Categories, Audience, and Blasts Insights pages).

From the Filter menu you can select filter options on each of these pages pertaining to the specific type of insights. See below for more information about which options are available.

Content Insights

Inside of your Content Insights page (Insights > Content), you have the following filtering options:

Organization (Optional for family Cerkl Instances). Filter your Content by Organization where it was published.

Segment

Filter Content to show the pieces that were targeted or restricted to a particular Segment. Select None to see only content with no Segments attached at all.

Please Note: This will not filter down the Content listed, instead it filters to show the Audience count that the Content was restricted to via Segments.

Filter by tagged Categories, so you can see which pieces were tagged with specific Categories.
