A new personalized Subscribers table is here!

We’ve made some exciting changes to the Audience > Subscribers tab to help you find the information you’re looking for more quickly and effectively, and to help you develop an even deeper understanding of your Audience.

Check out some of the changes we've made:

ID Column

Name” and "Email" are now combined as “ID” and is a permanent sticky column. Clicking the three dots to the right of the Subscriber's name and email address will display options to Edit, View, or Unsubscribe the Audience member.

Updated Default Columns

Columns will be displayed by default, but can be changed to suit your preference when customizing your Audience table:

  1. Segments: The Segments that the Subscriber is part of.

  2. Opt-in Status: The Subscriber's delivery status: Email Blasts Only, News Digests Only, Email Blasts and News Digests.

  3. Date Subscribed: The date the Subscriber was added as a new Audience Member within your Instance.

  4. Date Personalized: Shows who has completed the personalization process and provides the option to Resend Welcome Emails per user. For more information, please review How to Resend the Welcome Email

  5. Privacy: The level of tracking and personalization for the Subscribers. Hover over the icon in this column to see the Subscriber's privacy level. For more information, please review Subscriber Privacy Settings

Add and Remove Attribute Columns

You can now add and remove attribute columns to your Subscribers table. To start, begin by clicking on the Edit Table button at the top right.

Add columns by clicking + New Column at the bottom, then using the drop-down menu to select the attribute column to add, or Remove columns by clicking the X to the right of the column name.

For even more information about all of the new Edit Table menu options, please review Customize Your Subscribers Table Columns

Pro-Cerkler Tip: Team Members and Administrators will see only attributes that have been enabled for use in the organization settings. Administrators can enable attributes for use in the Audience Table, change attribute names for ease of use across your team, and enable attributes as personalization fields in Blasts from Settings > Attributes.

For more information about custom names for attributes and how to enable these, please review: Naming Subscriber Attributes

New Filter Menu

With all the new attributes available to see and sort in your Audience table, we have also added more filters to help you get to the right list of Audience members. To filter your Subscribers click the + Filter icon at the top of your audience.

On this page, you can filter by relevant attribute columns which have been added to your table from the Edit Table menu.

For more information about the new and improved Filter tools, please review How To Filter Your Audience

Improved Subscriber Exports

After you select your attribute columns and filters, besides review the data in the Audience table, you can also export this data as a CSV for use in other applications. You can start a new Export anytime by clicking the Export button in the top right of the table.

For more information about Exports, please review Exporting Your Audience To CSV

Important Note for Subscribers Exports: While your file processes, an In Progress window will appear. Closing this window while In Progress will cancel your request.
