When your organization includes additional details about your audience, you may want to reference, sort, or filter that data from your Audience tables. With the Edit Table button, you can select which columns are available for these features.

Edit Attribute Columns

Clicking the Edit Table button at the top right of the Audience table will bring up the Edit Table menu. This menu allows you to add and remove column attributes enabled by your organization, and reorder them from top to bottom, respectively from left to right on the table.

To Add Attributes:

  1. Click the + New Column option at the bottom.
    โ€‹

  2. Select the new dropdown to scroll to see which options are available, or type to search for the attribute you're looking for.
    โ€‹

  3. Click the Update button to save changes.

Only default attributes, which are referenced below, and those which have been enabled in your organization's settings by an Administrator will be available. The attributes that are available for display in the Subscriber's table can be enabled by administrators in Settings > Attributes.

To learn more about attribute options, please review: Subscriber Attribute Settings.

To Remove Attributes:

  1. Click the X icon to the right of the attributes listed under the Data Columns header.

  2. Click the Update button to save changes.

Reset to Default

You can also Reset to the primary 5 defaults by clicking the Reset option to the right of the Data Columns header.

To Adjust the Order of Columns

  1. Click and drag the 6 Dots to the left of the attributes on the Data Columns list.

  2. Click the Update button to save changes.

Pro-Cerkler Tip: The changes you make to customize your table will be saved. If you leave the page or even sign out, when you come back, your settings will be the same as when you left them.
