You can export your audience lists to .CSV files at any time from the Audience Manager. To export a list of Subscribers, Unsubscribes, or Bounced users, go to Audience, then the respective audience list on the left menu.

Preparing Your Export

First, it's important to know that your export will include only the attribute columns that are currently displayed and any filters that are enabled. You can select which columns are displayed from the Edit Table menu.

Filters allow you to display specific lists of your Subscribers audience based on the relevant attributes that are enabled for your table. When you want to take a deeper look at the Audience Members included in a Segment, one of the best options is to Filter by Segment, then export to a .CSV file.

To learn more about the Edit Table menu, please review Customize Your Subscribers Table Columns.

To learn more about Filters, please review How to Filter Your Audience.

Exporting Subscribers

Once your Audience table is customized to your needs, you can begin an export by clicking the Export button in the top right corner.

While your file processes, an In Progress window will appear. Closing this window while In Progress will cancel your request.

When your .CSV file is ready, a confirmation will display the filename of the newly generated file. Click Download & Close to download the .CSV.

Note: Once this window is closed, you will not be able to redownload this file; however, you can generate a new file at any time.

Exporting Unsubscribes

  1. Go to Audience > Unsubscribes.

  2. Click Export (located at the top right of your screen).

  3. Your file will automatically start downloading once processing is complete.

For information about Filter options for Unsubscribes, please review How to Filter Your Audience - Unsubscribes.

Exporting Bounced

  1. Go to Audience > Bounced.

  2. Click Export (located at the top right of your screen).

  3. Your file will automatically start downloading once processing is complete.
