When you want take a deeper look inside of the Subscribers included in a Segment, one of the best options is to export the Segment as a .CSV file.
To export a Segment of Subscribers to a CSV, first, it's important to note that your export will include only the attribute columns which are currently in use. You can select which columns are displayed from the Edit Table menu. To learn more about the Edit Table menu, please review Customize Your Subscribers Table Columns.
From Audience > Subscribers
Click the +Filter button to open the Filters window
Click the Segments drop down menu. You can type to Search, or Scroll for available options.
Click the name of the Segment.
Click Apply at the bottom right of the Filters window
Verify the data in the table, then:
Click Export (located at the top right of the table)
While your file processes, an In Progress window will appear. Closing this window while In Progress will cancel your request.
When your .CSV File is ready, a confirmation displaying the Filename of the newly generated file will be presented. Click Download & Close to download the .CSV.
To export Bounced Audience Members who may be a part of a Segment to a CSV, follow the steps below:
Go to Audience > Bounced.
Click the +Filter button to open the Filters window.
Click the Segments drop down menu. You can type to Search, or Scroll for available options.
Click Apply.
Click Export (located at the top right of the table)
Your file will automatically start downloading once processing is complete
