The Welcome Email encourages Subscribers to go through the personalization process, selecting their Category interests and News Digest preferences. It's great way to increase engagement across all channels.

Resend to a Specific Subscriber

How to Resend

To resend the Welcome Email to a specific Subscriber:

  1. Go to Audience > Subscribers.

  2. Search for the email/name you want to resend to.

  3. In the Date Personalized column, click the Resend Welcome Email Link to resend the Welcome Email to that Subscriber.

Date Personalized Column

The Date Personalized column shows you who has completed the personalization process. Below are the four different pieces of information that can be shown in this column:

Empty

If the column is empty, that means the Subscriber has not received the Welcome Email. This could be because they are not opted-in to receive News Digests or the Welcome Email was toggled off in Audience Controls when they Subscribed.

Date

If this column only shows a date, that means the Subscriber completed the personalization process on that specified date.

Date + Resend Welcome Email Link

If this column shows the date and a Resend Welcome Email link, this means a Team Member has completed the personalization process on that specified date. The mail icon in this column allows Team Members to resend the Welcome Email to themselves to see what it looks like.

Resend Welcome Email Link

If this column only shows the Resend Welcome Email link, that means the Subscriber received the Welcome Email at some point, but has not yet gone through the personalization process.

Note: Team members with Full Admin privileges will see the Resend Welcome Email for subscribers and team members, even after they have personalized.


Resend to All Non-Personalized Subscribers

You can resend the Welcome Email inside of Audience Controls, and inside of your Branding Settings, there is a button that will take you to your Audience Controls page where you can resend the Welcome Email.

If you would like to resend the Welcome Email to all the Subscribers who have not completed the personalization process, go to Audience > Controls, then click Resend to Non-Personalized Subscribers.

If Send Welcome Email is toggled off, you will not be able to resend the Welcome Email. Once toggled on, all current Subscribers who have not received the Welcome Email will receive one automatically.

Branding Settings

From Settings > Branding, scroll down to Welcome Email Image, then click Resend Welcome Email. This button will take you to your Audience Controls, where you can follow the steps listed in the previous section to learn how to resend the Welcome Email inside Audience Controls.
