The bulk action function is used when you want to perform an action on multiple pieces of Content at once.

For Example: You want to approve 5 pieces of Content in your queue. Instead of approving each piece of Content individually, you can perform a bulk action to approve all the pieces at once.

Bulk actions can be performed inside of the Approved, Queue, and Drafts Content Hub pages. Below are the bulk actions available on each of the Content Hub page:

  • Approved: Expire content, Delete content, Add Segments, Remove Segments

  • Queue: Approve content, Delete content, Add Segments, Remove Segments

  • Drafts: Delete content, Add Segments, Remove Segments

To use the bulk action function, follow the steps below:

  1. Check the box to the left of each piece of Content to select it.

  2. Once you select your Content, the Bulk Actions drop-down will appear at the top of the page.

  3. Click the drop-down to the right of Bulk Actions and select the action you would like to perform from the list.

  4. Click Apply.

If you would like to select all the Content on the page for a bulk action, click the box to the left of Post (located above your Content).

  • Please Note: This will ONLY select the Content present on the page (default 25). It will not select any Content on other pages. If you would like to change the amount of Content shown on your screen, scroll to the bottom of the page and alter the Rows per page using the drop-down.
