The Bulk Actions function is used when you want to use an action with multiple stories at once.

You can use Bulk Actions inside of your Approved, Queued, and Drafted Content Hub pages.

EX: You want to approve 5 stories in your queue. Instead of clicking on each story individually and approving them one by one, you can do it all at once by selecting multiple stories and approving them using the Bulk Actions

To use the Bulk Actions function click the box to the left of each piece of content to select it > then you will see the Bulk Actions bar appear above the content at the top of page > Select the actions you would like to take from the drop down and then click Apply, then yes.

If you would like to select all the select on the page for a bulk action then you can click on the box to the left of your screen above all of the content. Please Note: This will only select the content present on the page and will not select content on other pages (default 25). If you would like to change the number of stories on the page you can scroll to the bottom and change it.

If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to reach out to us at or use the chat bot in the bottom right-hand corner of any page for a quick answer.
