As an Admin, you have the ability to unsubscribe Audience Members from your Instance.

To unsubscribe a single or group of Audience Members, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Audience > Subscribers.

  2. Search or filter for a Subscriber or Segment.

  3. Select your Subscriber(s):

    1. Single Subscriber: To select a single Subscriber, click the box to the left of their name.

    2. Multiple Subscribers: To select a everyone on the page, click the box to the left of Name (located above your Subscribers).

      Please Note: If you perform a bulk action to unsubscribe multiple Subscribers at once, ONLY the Subscribers that appear on the page will be unsubscribed. When selecting your Subscribers, make sure you scroll to the bottom of the page and change the Rows per page to a number that includes all those you want to unsubscribe. You are able to unsubscribe up to 1,000 Audience Members at a time since that is the maximum number of Audience Members that can fit on a page. For this reason, if you want to unsubscribe more than 1,000 individuals, you will need to repeat this bulk action on multiple pages.

  4. Click the Set Opt-In Status button.

  5. Select Unsubscribe from the drop-down list.

  6. Review the pop-up confirmation modal. If it looks correct, click Yes to complete the action.
