There are many reasons you may need to find a specific Audience Member. If you need to review their Details, Subscriber, Opt-In, Bounced status, or other information, you can use the Search function to find them with their first, last, full name, or email address.

You can even search partial information if you don't know how their entire email address.

To perform a search for a specific Audience member, simply click into and type the information of the Audience member from any Audience Table - Press Enter on your Keyboard to begin searching with your input.

When your search begins, you'll be taken to the Results page where you'll be able to see all matching Audience Members start to load in as your search processes.

On the Results page, you can use the Subscribers, Unsubscribes, and Bounced buttons (located at the top of the page) to see search results for each of the audience pages.

If there are too many results for the search information entered, you can also click the +Filter button to further narrow results. For more information on Filtering, please review: How to Filter Your Audience.
