For those times when you need to add a professional signature to those Blasts that are sent from leadership, the Signature Element is here for you. This Element lets you create a personal signature with an image, closing, name, and position title.

To use the Signature Element, click and drag it to where you want it placed in your Blast. You can ONLY release the Element where you see a blue line pop-up. If you release the Element without seeing that line, your Element will not be placed in your Blast.

Once this Element is added to your Blast, you have the option to add the following:

  1. Upload Image: You can upload a photo from your computer or use a URL and upload one from the internet.

    Please Note: When uploading an image from your computer, it should be less than 500kb, and all full-width-images should be less than 600 pixels wide. We do not have a limit for height, so you can make the image as tall as you would like.

  2. Closing: This is the closing phrase of the signature.

  3. Name: The name of whoever is signing the signature.

  4. Title: The position title of whoever is signing the signature.

After creating the signature, you then have the option to edit its style and layout inside the Layout tab. Here you will have options to customize the text color, alignment, and more!
