If you want to view your Subscribers in groups defined by certain factors, then filtering your Subscriber is the way to go.

To filter your Subscribers, go to Audience > Subscribers > click the blue filter icon.

On this page, you can filter by:

  1. Date Added - The date the Subscriber was added to your Instance.

  2. Segment - Those who are part of Manual and Dynamic Segments. You can also filter by Subscribers who are not part of any Segments by using the None filter.

  3. Personalization - Whether or or not a Subscriber has gone through the personalization process.

  4. Opt-In Status - The opt-in status of your Subscribers: Email Blasts Only, News Digests Only, or Email Blasts and News Digests.

  5. Privacy - Privacy setting based on GDPR compliance.

  6. Administrators - Whether or not the Subscribers are Administrators in your Instance.

After you select what the option(s) you would like to filter by, click Apply Filters to see the results.

If you would like, you are also able to export the filtered list of Subscriber by clicking the Export button (located to the left of the filter icon). This will download a CSV to your computer containing the information on the Audience > Subscribers page.
