Intranet Notifications & Personalization is an expansion of our ongoing commitment to get the right info, to the right people at the right time.

This system offers another channel for the content that you created or approved in Content Hub. No extra work necessary. No matter which Broadcast-enabled channel a given staffer uses, the content flows the same.

High priority content, as determined by Distribution Settings, goes first, and then Cerkl's intelligence picks up and serves the user the content they are likely to engage with. This gives the communicator the flexibility to get the employee's attention, but keep them engaged with relevant content they could have missed.

When an employee arrives on a page with Intranet Notifications and Personalization, they are presented with a Launchpad displaying a number that represents the number of high priority pieces they need to see.

If an employee clicks on a story in Intranet Notifications or Personalization, it's released from their view in other Broadcast enabled channels, like Mobile, and Email Digest. This keeps your comms timely and respectful.
