You can add links for your different social media platforms inside of Settings. Social Links will be shown on your Content Archive page, in the footers of your News Digests and Blasts (if Blast footers are toggled on), and you can use these links inside of the Social Links Element for your Blasts. Needless to say, it’s important to link your major social media platforms as they have the opportunity to be in front of your Subscribers multiple times.

To find to your Instance's social links, go to Settings > Social Links.

Any active social links will show up in their normal color and will have their URLs displayed below their icons. Grey icons indicate which social links are NOT active.

Please Note: To save any changes made on this page, you MUST click Save in the top right hand corner of your screen.

ACTIVATE Social Links:

To activate a social link, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the grey social media icon you want to activate, and you will see the icon and a box appear in the active links list.

  2. Enter the social link URL into the box.

  3. Click the blue arrow next to the box to check the link. Clicking this arrow will open the link in another tab.

  4. Click Save in the top right corner to save the changes made.

DEACTIVATE Social Links:

To deactivate a social link, click on the social media icon that you want to deactivate. This will remove the icon from the active links list and turn the icon grey. Then, click the Save button (located in the top right corner of your screen) to save your changes.

Please Note: If you deactivate a social link, the URL for that social link will be deleted. Once the link is made inactive, and the changes are saved, you will need to re-enter the link if that social link is ever reactivated.
