% Personalized
The percentage of Subscribers that are receiving personalized Content.
Note: This number represents the percentage of Subscribers who have interacted with enough Content to receive a personalized News Digest experience. It is NOT the percentage of Subscribers who have gone through the personalization process.
EX: If your % Personalized is 30% that means that 30% of your Subscribers are receiving personalized content (based on implicit and explicit interests).
Click-Thru Rate (CTR)
The rate that your Audience clicks through your News Digest.
Click-Thru Rate = (Unique Clicks / Unique Opens) * 100.
EX: If your Subscribers uniquely open 250 News Digests and click on 100 separate pieces of Content, you will have a CTR of 40%.
Delivery Rate
The percentage of News Digests that were delivered.
Delivery Rate = (Total News Digests Delivered / Total News Digests Sent) * 100
EX: If 500 News Digests were sent and 25 of those bounced, the delivery rate would be 95%.
Engagement Score
A reflection of how your Subscribers have been interacting with your Content.
Engagement Score is calculated by blending Open Rate, Click Rate, and Super Click Rate.
Note: This is a comparative score that compares how Subscribers are engaging with your Content. This is NOT a health score, which means it will never show 100%.
EX: A Subscriber with an Engagement Score of 50 is considered to have good engagement.
Open Rate
The percentage of Subscribers that uniquely open their News Digest when they receive them.
Open Rate = (U. Opens / Total News Digests Delivered) * 100.
EX: If 1,000 Subscribers received a News Digest and only 200 Subscribers opened their News Digest, the open rate would be 20%.
Subscribes
Total number of Audience Members that Subscribed during the reporting period.
Total Audience
The total number of Subscribers in your Broadcast Instance that are opted-in to receive News Digests.
Unsubscribes
Total number of Audience Members that Unsubscribed during the reporting period.
