Your Organization's Information is important because it sets up basic values for your Instance name, industry, email identity, and location.
To see this page, go to Settings > Organization Info.
Reminder: You must click the Save button in the top right corner of your screen to save any changes.
Basic Information
Below are all the fields you will see under the Basic Information header:
Cerkl Name
The name of your Organization. This is displayed in the upper left hand corner of Broadcast, within Blast emails and News Digests, the Content Archive page, and more.
Name Abbreviation
This is the name you would like to appear in the header text of your News Digests.
Industry
This is your Organization's industry type. Inside Insights, you can compare some of your Instance's metrics to other Organization's metrics that have the same Industry.
Email Identity
This is the identity that all of your News Digests will be sent from, and your original Blast Organization Default Sender Profile.
'Send From' details used in all emails sent from Broadcast must match this domain.
News Digest
Your Subscribers will see this identity on all of their News Digests, so it is important to make the 'Send Email As' name and 'Reply To Email Address' one that is trustworthy.
The email you set as your Reply To Email Address may receive auto-replies, so it is important to take that into consideration when adding that address.
Blasts
This is the information that your Organization Default Sender Profile will utilize, and will be available for use to all Team Members with Send Blasts permissions.
To edit your Blast Organization Default to another email address, go to Blasts > Controls - Sender Proxies. For more information, please review Create and Edit Sender Profiles.
Location
The physical address of your organization must be entered in your Organization Info page.
This is required due to the CAN-SPAM Act. As a part of this requirement, this information will be shown at the bottom of all News Digests and Blasts.
