When you are creating a Blast there are actions you can take such as previewing the Blast, sending a sample of it to someone else, and others. These actions are located in the upper right section above the Blast you are editing.

The actions available at the top of the editor are:

  • Preview: Shows you a preview of the Blast on both desktop and mobile views.

  • Send Sample: Allows you to send a sample of the Blast to any email address.

  • Save as Draft: Lets you save the Blast as a draft. We currently only offer Manual Save options. Saved Blasts will be the master copy for your team, so we recommend ensuring no one else is working on the Blast at the same time if you collaborate across your team.

  • Exit: Close the Blast editor. Remember to save your Draft or check the Autosave Date and Time to make sure you don't lose any work.

You can then click on the ⋮ Ellipsis button next to Exit to find several more advanced actions:

  • Save as Template: Allows you to save the Blast Draft as a Template to use in the future.

  • Download as HTML: Downloads the Blast as an HTML file for reference or your archives.

  • Duplicate and Translate: Allows you to creates a Duplicate Blast that is automatically translated to a selected language.

  • Email Settings: Settings that you customize certain aspects of your Blast.
