Blast Editor Actions

Send Sample, Preview, Save as Draft, Save as Template, Download HTML, Email Settings

When you are creating a Blast there are actions you can take such as previewing the Blast, sending a sample of it to someone else, and others. These actions are located in the upper right section above the Blast you are editing.

The actions available at the top of the editor are:

Name

The Blast's name is used for reference within Blast tables and insights. After sending, the Blast name cannot be changed.

Save Status

If Autosave is enabled . If not enabled,

Date and Time Last Saved.

Preview

Shows a preview of the Blast. Offers a desktop and mobile view.

Send Sample

Send a sample of the Blast to any email address.

Save as Draft

Save changes to the Blast as a Draft. Saved Drafts will always overwrite as master copy - we recommend ensuring no one else is working on the Blast at the same time if you regularly collaborate across your team.

Exit

Close the Blast editor. Remember to save your Draft or check the Autosave Date and Time to make sure you don't lose any work.

  • Save as Template: Allows you to save the Blast Draft as a Template to use in the future.

  • Download as HTML: Downloads the Blast as an HTML file for reference or your archives.

  • Duplicate and Translate: Allows you to creates a Duplicate Blast that is automatically translated to a selected language.

  • Email Settings: Settings that you customize certain aspects of your Blast.
