  1. Go to Blasts > Sent.

  2. Filter to or search for the Blast you want to save as a Template.

  3. Click the Ellipsis Menu button.

  4. Click Duplicate Blast.

  5. Once the Blast Editor opens, follow the steps below for Option 1 or Option 2.

Saving a Blast as a Template

From the Blast editor there are two ways to save a Blast as a Template.

Option 1

  1. Click the Ellipsis Menu (three vertical dots) next to Exit.

  2. Click Save as Template.

  3. Name your template, then click Save Template.

Option 2

  1. Click on the Schedule or Send tab (located on the right side of your screen).

  2. Click Save as Template.

  3. Name your template, then click Save Template.

Note: If there was an attachment in the Blast draft, it will not be used in the Template. If there was a Custom Time Zone in the Blast draft, it will not be used in the Template.

After saving the Blast as a Template, you can access it inside Blasts > Templates > My Templates. Learn more about Blast Templates.
