If you want to save a Blast as a Template for use in future communications, you're in luck! You can save previously sent Blasts and drafted Blasts as Templates.
To save a Blast as a Template, you need to open it in the Blast Editor. To save a sent Blast as a Template:
Go to Blasts > Sent.
Filter to or search for the Blast you want to save as a Template.
Click the Ellipsis Menu button.
Click Duplicate Blast.
Once the Blast Editor opens, follow the steps below for Option 1 or Option 2.
Saving a Blast as a Template
From the Blast editor there are two ways to save a Blast as a Template.
Option 1
Click the Ellipsis Menu (three vertical dots) next to Exit.
Click Save as Template.
Name your template, then click Save Template.
Option 2
Click on the Schedule or Send tab (located on the right side of your screen).
Click Save as Template.
Name your template, then click Save Template.
Note: If there was an attachment in the Blast draft, it will not be used in the Template. If there was a Custom Time Zone in the Blast draft, it will not be used in the Template.
After saving the Blast as a Template, you can access it inside Blasts > Templates > My Templates. Learn more about Blast Templates.
