You’ve created a Blast and now you are ready to send yourself a sample to make sure everything looks the way that you want it to. In the Blast Editor, you click Send Sample and get an error message that appears stating “Please select an available sender.” Why is this happening and how do you fix it?

This happens when you have not selected a Sender Profile. A Sender Profile is who you would like the Blast to be sent on behalf of.

When this message appears, first click OK to remove it from your screen.

To correct this issue, you will then need to follow the following steps:

  1. On the right side, click Sending Info (located below the Elements tab).

  2. Under Sender Profile, select who you would like the Blast to come from.

  3. Click Send Sample.
