When working on your Blast, you may want to see how it looks across different email experiences or get approval for layout or content. We provide an easy to use tool to send samples to yourself or anyone else that may need to review the Blast.
To send a sample of your Blast, from the Blast editor, click Send Sample (located above the editor). Then, follow up the steps below:
Change the Subject Line of your sample Blast (optional). This subject line will only be used for the sample, and it will not be saved as your Blast's Subject Line in your Drafts.
Pro-Cerkler Tip: Keeping the word {sample] before the Subject Line you choose will serve as a reminder in your email server that this is in fact a sample.
Add the emails you want to send this sample Blast to. You can either select from a list of Admins, or you can send sample Blasts to anyone by typing the email address. The email address does not need to be in your audience.
After you type in the email address, you must either press enter on your keyboard or click on the email in the drop-down list to save the email to the list.
Personalization Fields will present placeholders for samples sent to non-audience members.
You can send your sample Blast to up to 10 email addresses. If you would like to send this sample to more than 10 individuals, you can always send multiple sample Blasts!
