When working on your Blast, you may want to see how it looks across different email platforms or applications, review how the email is received in your inbox or server, or get approval for layout or content. We provide an easy to use tool to send samples to yourself or anyone else that does not remain in your Blasts Sent list or track insights.

You can send your sample Blast to up to 10 email addresses at one time - If you would like to send a sample to more than 10 individuals, you can send multiple sample Blasts.

Before sending a Sample, you'll want to first check or add Sending Info so that we can know who to send the email from. Then, to open the Send Sample Blast window, click Send Sample (located above the Blast editor).

Send Sample Blast Options

Change the Sample Subject Line

The sample subject line will only be used for the sample, and it will not be saved as your Blast's Subject Line in your Drafts.

💡 Pro-Cerkler Tip: Keeping the word [sample] before the Subject Line you choose will serve as a reminder in your email server that this is in fact a sample.

You can even add a number if you're testing several versions, like [sample 2].

Add Emails

By default, you will be included as the email address to send to, however, you can remove yourself by clicking the X next to your email address.

Then, you can add others by selecting from the provided list of Admin Team Members or add anyone by typing the email address into the field, then pressing enter. The email address does not need to be in your audience.

Personalization Fields will present your set placeholders for samples sent to non-audience members, but will work like a normal Blast for those who are already Subscribers.
