Change Time Period, Make Home Page, Filter, Export, Sort, Search

There are many actions which can be performed within Insights. To learn more about which actions are available and how to perform any of the following inside Insights, check out the information below:

Change Time Period

To change the time period of the metrics you are viewing, click on the time period drop-down in the upper right hand corner of your screen and select a new time period from the list or enter in a custom time period.

Make Home Page

If you visit a specific Insights page more often than others, and you want to make it the first page you see when you click Insights at the top of the screen, click the Make Home button.

Filter

Using the blue filter icon, you are able to filter the metrics you are seeing. To filter your Insights, click the blue filter icon and use the drop-down lists to select filters to make your Insights as granular as you would like, and then click Apply Filters.

Export

If you want to export the metrics you are viewing to a CSV file, click the blue filter icon and click Export to CSV. This will download the CSV onto your computer, and it will be available for future use if you go to the Insights > Exports page.

Sort

If you want to sort your Insights page to view your metrics in a different order, click the drop-down to the right of Sort By. From the drop-down, choose the category you would like to sort by, and then you can use the arrow to the right of the drop-down list to determine if you are viewing the metrics in ascending or descending order.

Search

If you would like to search for something specific inside your Insights, you are able to use the search bar to find the information you’re looking for.
