Welcome to this Broadcast lesson plan that will help you navigate your News Digest Settings.
Goal: Create a promotional banner that’s placed at the bottom of your News Digest and send yourself a sample to check it out.

Resources to Get You Started:
Follow these steps to accomplish the goal listed above:
Log into your Demo Broadcast Instance.
Go to Settings > News Digest.
Scroll down to Add Promotions and upload a promotional image of your choosing.
How do I upload an image?
Click Upload Image or click the camera icon to select an image from your computer. Once selected, adjust the size to your liking and click Submit.
Please Note: Before uploading an image, take a look at the presented Best Image Size, Max File Size, and the Accepted File Types listed above the Upload Image button.
Now, Configure your ad by linking it to a website of your choosing and positioning it at the bottom of your News Digest.
Once linked and positioned correctly, click Save.
Finally, click Send Sample to see the Promotion inside your News Digest!
Please Note: The Send Sample button on this page will automatically send a sample News Digest to the email you are signed in with. It will NOT ask you to enter an email address before sending the sample.
