In order for Content to reach your Subscribers, it must be eligible to be sent out in News Digests. This means Content must be approved/published by a Team Member with Approve Content permissions.

Once Content is approved from the Queue, it will be moved to the Approved page.

Please Note: If Content that has passed its expiration date is approved, it will NOT be eligible for News Digest unless the publish dates are changed.

There are two ways to approve/publish Content in your queue.

Please Note: Both of these options will move your Content to the Approved page, where it is eligible to be sent out to your Subscribers in their News Digests.

Option One:

  1. Go to Content > Queue.

  2. Find the piece of Content you want to approve.

  3. Click the check mark icon under the story image to approve the Content.

Option Two:

  1. Go to Content > Queue.

  2. Find the piece of Content you want to publish.

  3. Click the pencil icon under the story image. This will open the Content Editor.

  4. Click on the blue Publish Changes button (located in the upper right hand corner of the screen) to publish the Content.
