Sorting and searching are effective ways to review the Stories in your Content Hub and find the specific pieces you're looking for.

Sorting

You can sort your Stories by using the drop-down list to the right of Sort By (located above the Post column on Content's Approved, Queue, and Drafts pages, ).

When you click this drop-down, you will see the following sorting options depending on the page you are viewing:

  • Post: Orders Stories alphabetically by Story name.

  • Source: Orders Stories alphabetically by Source name.

  • Publish Start: Orders Stories numerically by the date the Story is set to be published.

  • Expiration Date: Orders Stories numerically by the date the Story is set to expire.

Once you have selected the sorting option, click the arrow to the right of the box to select if you would like to sort your Stories in ascending or descending order > click Sort.

Please Note: The Drafts page will only let you sort by Post and Source because drafted Content does not have a publish and expiration date.

Searching

You can search for specific Stories by using the search bar located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Once you have your search typed into the bar, press enter on your keyboard OR click the search icon.

In the search bar on Content's Approved, Queue, and Drafts pages, you can search for Content by all of the following pieces of information: Title, Category, URL used, or source name.
