Sorting your Stories or using the Search Bar to find them is an effective way to view the Stories in your Content Hub pages and find the specific ones you want.

You can sort your Stories by using the Sort By drop down menu located above the first Story listed either your Approve, Queued, Drafted pages. When clicked you will see the drop down of 4 options to sort by:

  1. Post Title - the name of your Story
  2. Source - orders Story by alphabetical source
  3. Publish Start - orders numerically in order of the date the Story is set to be published
  4. Expiration Date - orders numerically in order of the date the Story is set to be published

Once you have selected how you want to sort your Stories > click the arrow to the right of the box to select if you would like to order your Stories in ascending or descending order > then click Sort.

Please Note: The Drafts Page will only let you sort by Post Title, and Source because Drafted Content does not have a Publish and Expiration Date.

To search for Stories use the search bar in the top right hand corner. You can search your Approved, Drafted, and Queued pages by Story name, Category, URL used or it’s Source. Once you have your search typed into the bar press the search icon and then you’ll be good to go.

Please Note: If the content you are searching for does not appear then please make sure that there is nothing selected (or not selected) inside of the filters that would hide that piece of content. EX: If you search for a piece of expired content and the Include Expired Content box is not checked in Filters, then that content will not show even if you search for it by name.
