If you want to save a Blast you've created as template for use in future communications, you're in luck! You can save both a previously sent Blast and a drafted Blast as templates for use in your Instance.

To save an already sent Blast as a template:

  1. Go to Blasts > Sent.

  2. Filter or search for the Blast you want to save as a template.

  3. Click on the three horizontal dots (located to the right of the Segments column).

  4. Click Duplicate Blast.

  5. Once the Blast Editor opens, follow the steps located under one of the two options listed below to learn how to save your duplicated Blast as a template.

There are two ways you can save a drafted Blast as a template. First, go to Blasts > Drafts > open the Blast you want to save as a template. Then, follow the steps under one of the options below.

First Option:

  1. Once the Blast Editor is open, click the three vertical dots next to Exit.

  2. Click Save as Template.

  3. Name your template > click Save Template.

Second Option:

  1. Once the Blast Editor is open, click on the Schedule or Send tab (located on the right side of your screen).

  2. Click Save as Template.

  3. Name your template > click Save Template.

Please Note: After saving the Blast as a template, you can access it inside Blasts > Templates > My Templates.
