While creating a Blast, you can preview it to see what it will look like on both desktop and mobile experiences. Previewing with mobile view is important because of the change of layout and format of your Blast on mobile email apps.

To preview a drafted Blast, from the Blast editor, click Preview (located above the Blast Editor). The pop-up will allow you to preview your Blast on Desktop and Mobile by clicking on the view you would like to see.

Previewing a Blast is not a substitute for sending samples. Samples are very important because they give you a look into how your Blast will display in an actual email client. Your Blast might look correct on Gmail and not as expected on Outlook.

Outlook for Windows is a widely email application, however, it uses a unique email processor when opening emails compared to modern email clients. If you are having trouble with your emails in Outlook, please review: Common Outlook Issues.
