Bounced email addresses are addresses who did not receive the email that was intentionally sent to them. Most of the time this occurs because the email address is non-existent.

What happens is that our system sends your Email Newsletter or Blast to your Audience. If the address in the Audience exists then the email will be delivered. If the address does not exist then the email will bounce and the address will be moved to the Bounced section of your Cerkl. Please Note: our system does not bounce the addresses. The addresses bounce because there is an issue with the addresses or the address inbox.
