With the Cerkl Broadcast Mobile App, your Audience Members can now get push notifications sent to their phones!

This is useful for Subscribers who are on the go and away from their computers a lot. Sending a push notification is also a great way to draw attention to an article that is of the utmost importance.

πŸ“ Reminder: Click Save in the top right corner of your screen to save changes.

Enable Push Notifications

To enable your push notifications, go to Settings > Mobile > Settings and scroll down to toggle Enable Push Notifications ON. click Save in the top right corner of the screen.

When toggled ON, you as an admin will be able to set the date and time for push notifications to be sent out to Subscribers that use the Mobile App.

Sending Content with Push Notification

To send a push notification for your Content, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Content and edit/create the piece of Content you would like to enable notifications for.

  2. When the Content Editor opens, click the blue gear icon (located in the top right corner of your screen) to open the Distribution Settings.

  3. Click the arrow to the right of Push Notification.

  4. Toggle Push Notifications ON.

  5. Click the calendar icon to select a date and time for the push notification to be sent (to select a time, click the clock icon below the calendar).

The date and time you select is when Subscribers with the Cerkl Broadcast Mobile App downloaded will receive the push notification for this piece of Content.
