When you want to take a snapshot of your Insights data or work with the data in another reporting tool to generate a report that isn't currently available in Insights reporting, you can easily export any of your Insights pages to a .CSV file.
Insights exports will generate a report of what you currently see. Meaning, you'll want to select the correct table to display on the page, set the timeframe, and configure filters before exporting.
When you're ready to export your Insights data, follow the steps below:
Click the blue filter icon (located in the top right corner of the page).
Click the Export to CSV button.
Name your export.
Click OK.
Wait for an email notification with the link to download, or you can go to Insights > Exports to download.
After you click Export to CSV, depending on the size of the export, it will take several minutes for your export to process.
As you export Insights, the Exports page will populate with all of your past exports. To learn more, please review Viewing Insights Exports.
