After exporting Insights data to CSV, your exports are available to download anytime from within Insights > Exports.

If you have previous exports, here are the things you may see on your screen:
Successful
Underneath the Successful header, you will see exports that are complete are ready to download. Inside each successful export container, you will also see:
The Export Name
Status: Completed
The Date Requested and Date Processed
Download CSV: click this to download the export as a CSV.
In Progress
This header is only shown when you have an export in progress. Inside each in progress export container, you will see:
The Export Name
Status: Pending
The Date Requested
Processing may take anywhere from a few minutes to 15 minutes). Once they have processed, you will receive email confirmation. After this confirmation, the export container will move from the In Progress header to the Successful header.
