Want to get a quick glance at your Subscription Details or give your Customer Success Rep access to troubleshoot? Head over to Settings > Account & Billing.

Pausing Your Account

Clicking the green Pause button in the top right corner of your screen will Pause your account. Once you've Paused your account, the green banner will turn Purple indicating that your account is currently in Test Mode.

While Paused (or in Test Mode) your account will halt all Personalized Digest & Blast deliveries except for Team Members and Admins.

When you're ready to reactivate your account, simply click the purple Activate button available under Settings > Account & Billing > Activate.

All sending of Personalized Digests and Blasts will resume once activated.
