Want to get a quick glance at your subscription details or give your Customer Success Rep access to troubleshoot? Go to Settings > Account & Billing.

On this page, you will see all the following information that is related to your account and billing.

Account Status

At the top of the Account & Billing page, you will see your account status. This will show you if your account is in Live or Test mode.

If you would like to pause your account, click the green Pause button. Once you've paused your account, the green banner will turn blue to indicate that your account is currently in Test Mode.

  • While in Test Mode, your account will halt all personalized News Digest deliveries to everyone except for Team Members and Admins of your Instance. Your account will also halt all Blast deliveries to everyone, including Team Members and Admins.

  • When you're ready to reactivate your account, click the blue Activate button on the Account & Billing page. Once activated, all sending of personalized News Digests and Blasts will resume.

Billing Info

Under the Billing Info header on the Account & Billing page, you will see the following information.

Subscription Plan

In this box, you will see your Subscription Plan and the following information about your subscription:

  • Contract Term

  • Contract Dates

  • Billing Company

  • Primary Contact

  • Contact Email

  • Phone Number

  • Billing Address

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

In this box, you will see you the following information about your CSM:

  • Name

  • Profile picture

  • Phone number

  • Email

Please Note: If you want to change any of your billing info, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Account Access

Under the Account Access header on the Account & Billing page, you are able to toggle "Allow Cerkl Customer Success to access my account" on or off.

We highly recommend toggling this ON so our team can access your account to see your particular issue and better support your Cerkl Broadcast experience. If this option is toggled OFF, our teams cannot see your account and can only offer general support.

Please Note: Only Admins in your Instance can toggle this option on and off.

Launch Terminal

Under the Launch Terminal aka (Launch Dashboard) header on the Account & Billing page, you are able to toggle "Display Launch Terminal in Navigation" on or off.

Once you have launched, you can choose to toggle this option OFF if you would like to remove the Launch Terminal/Dashboard icon from your navigation in the top right corner of your screen.

You can also click the View Launch Terminal button to open and access the Launch Terminal/Dashboard.
