Under the Account Access header on the Account & Billing page, you are able to toggle "Allow Cerkl Customer Success to access my account" on or off.
We highly recommend toggling this ON so our team can access your account to see your particular issue and better support your Cerkl Broadcast experience. If this option is toggled OFF, our teams cannot see your account and can only offer general support.
Please Note: Only Admins in your Instance can toggle this option on and off.
Under the Launch Terminal header on the Account & Billing page, you are able to toggle "Display Launch Terminal in Navigation" on or off.
