If you sent a Blast today, you can find the Blast Metrics in Insights or in Quick Insights. Here's how.
Go to Insights > Blasts > Metrics, and you will see a time frame drop-down on the top right that is set to Last 4 Weeks. Click the drop-down and change the time frame to Today. The page will refresh to show Blasts that were sent today.
Please Note: You must select Today from the drop-down to see Blasts that were sent the same day. None of the other selections show the Blasts sent on the current day.
Quick Insights
For an overview of a specific Blast's metrics without leaving the Blasts tab, click on the Ellipsis menu beside the Blast's name from your Blasts > Sent list, and choose Quick Insights.
This modal allows you to view unique opens and clicks, as well as open and click-through rates.
Full Insights
For a full view of the Blast's metrics, click View Full Insights from the Quick Insights modal, or navigate to Insights > Blasts > Metrics. This page includes two sections:
Overview (located at the top of the screen): The same metrics that were listed on the previous page (Insights > Blasts > Metrics)
Metrics: Insights related to Audience Members, Links, Surveys, and/or acknowledgments.
If a Blast was Retargeted, the pages for both the original Blast and the Retargeted Blast offer an easy link to jump between the Insights of each Blast under the Blast Name.
Reporting Time
Insights can load as soon as 15 minutes after you send the Blast, but may take longer. For example, depending on your Audience size or if your Blast includes personalization fields, please allow for extra time for processing.
While insights may be available sooner, we recommend reviewing Blast insights at least 1-2 hours or even the next day after sending to provide your audience an opportunity to engage with the Blast.
