When you need to add a professional signature to those Blasts that are sent from leadership, the Signature Element is here for you. This Element lets you create a personal signature with an image, closing, name, and position title.

To use the Signature Element, click to insert it at the bottom of your Blast or click and drag it to where you want it placed in your Blast.

Once the Element is added to your Blast, you have the option to add the following:

Upload Image

You can select an image from your Organization's Image Gallery, Import an image with the Image's URL from the internet, or Browse your local files on your computer to upload.

Image Max File Size: 1600 kb

Support File Types: .GIF, .PNG, .JPG

Cerkl Pro-Tip: Images are added at 100% Width to start - for the best experience we recommend adjusting the Image Width percent (%) under the Layout tab. Often, 25% is a visually appealing width when the signature element is standalone.

Closing

This is the closing phrase of the signature.

Name

The name of whoever is signing the signature.

Title

The position title of whoever is signing the signature.

After creating the signature, you then have the option to edit its style and layout inside the Layout tab. Here you will have options to customize the text color, alignment, and more!

Text in the Signature Element uses the Type Scale Paragraph Style in Blast Controls. For more information, please review Blast Controls - Type Scale.
