Wondering how Cerkl Broadcast Intranet Notifications & Personalization really works? You've come to the right place. Intranet Notifications & Personalization is an expansion of our ongoing commitment to get the right information, to the right people at the right time.

This system offers another Channel for the Content that you created or approved in Content Hub. No extra work necessary. No matter which Broadcast-enabled Channel a given employee uses, the content flows the same.

Content Priority

High Priority Content, as determined by Distribution Settings, goes first. After Priority Content, Broadcast's intelligence picks up and serves the employees the Content that they are likely to engage with.

This gives the communicator the flexibility to get the employee's attention, but keep them engaged with relevant Content that they could have missed.

Launchpad Notifications

When an employee arrives on a page with Intranet Notifications & Personalization, they are presented with a Launchpad displaying a number that represents the number of high priority pieces they need to see.

If an employee clicks on a piece of Content in Intranet Notifications & Personalization, it's released from their view in other Broadcast enabled Channels (Ex. News Digest, Mobile, and Teams). This keeps your communications timely and respectful.
