Blast Audience Metrics

The Audience Metrics table provides a detailed view of subscriber engagement and email activity across your audience. From this table, you can review delivery, open, and click metrics for individual audience members, open subscriber records for additional details, search and filter audience data, sort results, export table information, and customize the columns displayed in your default view. The sections below explain each available table feature and option.

Data Columns

The Blast Audience Table's first row is a Summary Row, providing either a sum of the columns beneath, or an average (rate %) based on the Deliver/Open/Click totals.

By Default, the following columns are included on this table:

Data

Details Included

Audience Member

Locked. Sticky Column

Name and/or Email address of Audience Member.

Click the name of the Subscriber to dive deeper and view their Blast engagement history. For more information, please review:

Delivered

The number of Blasts delivered to a Subscriber over time.

Unique Opens

The number of Blasts that a Subscriber opened at least once.

Unique Clicks

The number of Blasts that a Subscriber clicked in at least once.

Open Rate

Percent of delivered Blasts that registered a Unique Open.

Click-Thru Rate

Percent of average clicks within a Blast.

Add and Remove Columns

With the Edit Table button, you can easily add or remove these and additional Data columns. For more information, please review: Customize Your Blast Insights Table Columns.

Search

You can search by Audience Member first name, last name, or email.

Filter

Date Filter

The Date Filter is based on when subscriber engagement occurred. Most reporting data is available for up to 18 months from the current date.

+Filter

Regardless of the columns enabled on your table, these are the +Filter options you will see:

  • Segments: Segment audience groups.

  • Audience Status: See data for Subscribed or Unsubscribed users. By default, you see all users.

Sort

When enabled on the table, all of the following columns are sortable: Audience Member, Delivered, Unique Opens, Unique Clicks, Open Rate, Click-Thru Rate, Total Opens, Total Clicks, Bounces, Spam Reports

Export

You can export all displayed columns on your table.
