Blasts Insights Overview, Metric, Block, Report

Want a quick, high-level view of how your blast campaigns are performing without digging through multiple reports? The Blasts Overview Insights page brings your most important performance data together in one place, making it easy to review campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization at a glance.

Whether you're monitoring engagement, evaluating delivery performance, or comparing results across campaigns, this page provides a streamlined summary of key metrics to help you make informed decisions faster. The sections below break down each insight block and explain the data available, so you can better understand what each metric represents and how to use it to assess your blast performance.

Filter Options

Filters can be applied to the Overview page, adjusting presented data and graphs. For in depth information on filters, please review: Filtering Your Insights

Date Filter

The Date Filter is based on when subscriber engagement occurred. Most reporting data is available for up to 18 months from the current date.

+Filter

On this page, you will have the following filter options:

  • Targeted Segments: Segments used for targeting within Blast audiences.

  • Campaigns: Campaigns assigned to Blasts.

  • Sender Profile: When enabled, the Sender Profiles used when sending Blasts.

  • Send From: The name of the sender used when sending Blasts.

  • Bast Creator: The creator of sent Blasts.

  • Targeted Categories: Categories/interests used for targeting within Blast audiences.


Metric Blocks

The below Metric Blocks are included in the Blast Overview by default. If you'd like to learn how to create your own customized report, please check out: Insights - Dashboard Overview.

Blast Key Metrics

Delivered: The number of Blasts successfully delivered to targeted Subscribers.

Secondary Value: Delivery Rate

Open Rate: Percent of delivered Blasts that registered a Unique Open.

Secondary Value: Unique Opens

Click-Thru Rate: Percent of recipients who clicked within the Blasts.

Secondary Value: Unique Clicks

The white dot on the percentage bar allows you to compare these rates to your organization’s average from the last 18 months.

Over Time

Displays how Delivers, Total Opens, and Total Clicks compare over time.

Click View Metrics to open the Blasts > Metrics page in a new tab.


⋮ Ellipse

Download PNG: Downloads the graph image to your computer, with the block title as the image name.

Blast Activity Log

Displays a count of each Subscriber's Delivers, Total Opens, and Total Clicks, broken down by day and hour. Note: Heat map data is only available for the previous 90 days. Display is based on your web browser time zone.

Metric Selection Drop-down

Allows you to choose which metric you want to see:

  • Delivered

  • Total Opens

  • Total Clicks

Blast Sent

Displays a daily breakdown of the number of Blasts this organization is sending compared to the average.

Highest & Lowest Open Rate Blasts

Displays up to 5 Blasts with the highest and lowest Open Rates.

Click View Metrics to open the Blasts > Metrics page in a new tab.

All private Blasts, regardless of whether you have access, will display in a private state. They will display with “Private Blast” as the title, and the actual preview image will not show. If you have access, you will be able to click on the Blast to see more information.
