When you want to take a snapshot of your Insights data or work with the data in another tool to generate a report that isn't already available in Insights reporting, you can easily export any of your Insights pages to a .CSV file.
Export Tables
Insights exports will generate a report of what you currently see—meaning, you'll want to select the correct table columns to display on the page, set the timeframe, and configure filters before exporting.

When you're ready to export your Insights data, simply click Export on the top right corner of the current table.
After you click Export, depending on the amount of data, it may take several minutes for your file to process. You can continue to use Broadcast, wait for the email notification, then return to the Exports page to download it later.
From the Exports page, click the ellipsis menu button next to your export to Download, Delete, or Rename the file.
Please Note: Exports are available for download for 30 days after generated.
Export Graphs
Some graphs and charts support export as well! Click the ⋮ Ellipsis button next to the graph, and select Download PNG.
