If you are Creating Content and you are receiving an error message when trying to crop your Story Image after importing the image URL, then you are in the right place!
File Size is Too Large
You are receiving this error message because you are unable to crop externally sourced photos in the Content Editor that are larger than 1600kb. This is because once you crop an image, it is stored in our database and the image is too large to internally store. Once you click OK the cropper tool on the top right of the image will disappear and you can change your image by clicking the trashcan icon and importing a new URL or image from your computer.
