Title: New Enhancements to Email Coming

This is to remind you that our new email Blast capability is about to launch. In addition to modernizing the employee experience, this will save us time, give us new real-time insights, and look great on all devices.

For those of us sending emails, the new system will provide amazing targeting, allowing the customization of audiences from any attribute, e.g., location, title, hire date, etc. It will also let us better track trends in who and how employees are consuming routine and “must-know” messages.

We are giving a heads-up to management reminding them this is one part of our overall effort to modernize our internal communications efforts. We’re reminding them of the continuing imperative to increase open rates and the ability of these new capabilities to help establish strategies and measures to meet this objective.

We will be rolling out an enhancement to our email communications. In addition to a new look and improved branding, we will be able to better track trends in who and how employees are consuming routine and “must-know” messages. Improving open rates is a continuing imperative and these new capabilities will enable more rigor in establishing strategies and measures to meet this objective.
