For Blast links, do NOT copy links from emails. Instead, click on the link inside the email and then copy the URL from the site itself.

The best practice for Blast links is to use the URL from the site itself and not from an email because links pulled from an email are encoded. When encoded links are added to a Blast and sent to Subscribers, the link is re-written. When encoded links are re-written, this can cause the link to break in the Subscriber's email, and they will not be able to access the Blast's link.

Correct Link - From the Site Itself:

If I copy a link from the site itself (link pictured below), once this link is added to a Blast and sent, it WILL work when Subscribers access it in their inbox.

Example Link:

Incorrect Link - From an Email:

If I copy a link from an email without going to the site itself (link pictured below), the link is already encoded.

Incorrect Link - After Added and Sent in a Blast:

If I copy a link from an email (link pictured above), add it to my Blast, and send the Blast, the encoded link will be re-written (link pictured below). This can cause the link to break in the Subscriber's inbox, which means they cannot access the link.
