If you have to create an important Blast that you do not want all Team Members in your Instance to have access to, you can make your Blast private to keep those who can see the Blast's information limited.

Please Note: This option is ONLY available for Internal Organizations. External Organizations do NOT have access to this.

If you would like to make a blast private, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Blast Editor.

  2. Click the three vertical dots at the top of the screen (located to the right of Exit).

  3. Click Email Settings.

  4. Toggle Private ON.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Once Private is toggle on, your Blast will be private. This means the Blast will ONLY be visible (inside both Blasts and Insights) to you, the Blast creator, and the Administrators of your Instance.

Please Note: Private Blasts cannot be used as templates.

Private Blasts will be marked with a lock icon on your Blast pages (Recent, Scheduled, Sent, and Drafts). This way, you can more easily recognize which Blasts in your Instance are private, without having to go into the Blast's email settings.
