If your email is getting packed with Out-Of-Office replies and other automatic replies in response to your News Digests, you have the option to suppress these auto-replies!
When this feature is toggled ON, Broadcast will include a message header that attempts to stop email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, from sending back auto-responses to your organization’s reply to email address.
In your Instance, you have the option to toggle this on or off inside of your News Digest Settings.
News Digest Settings
To suppress automatic replies to News Digests:
Go to Settings > News Digest.
Scroll down to the Miscellaneous Sending Controls section.
Toggle Suppress Auto-Replies ON.
After you toggle this on, click Save in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
