If your email is getting packed with Out-Of-Office replies and other automatic replies in response to your Blasts, you have the option to suppress these auto-replies!
When this feature is toggled ON, Broadcast will include a message header that attempts to stop email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, from sending back auto-responses to the sender of a Blast.
Inside Broadcast, you have the option to toggle this on globally for your Instance inside of Blast Controls OR it can be toggled on for specific Blasts inside of your Blast's Email Settings.
Blast Controls
To globally suppress automatic replies to Blasts in your Instance:
Go to Blasts > Controls.
Scroll down to the Sending Options section.
Toggle Suppress Auto-Replies on/off.
After you toggle this on, click Save in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Please Note: The first time you toggle this feature ON inside Blast Controls, reach out to support@cerkl.com so that we can ensure all future created Blasts will have the correct setting.
Email Settings
To suppress automatic replies for a specific Blast:
Open Blast Editor.
Click the three vertical dots to the right of Exit.
Click Email Settings.
Toggle Suppress Auto Replies on/off.
Click Save Changes.
