Blast Audience Metrics, Audience Member Insights for Blasts

To review a specific Subscriber's Blast Insights, click on the Subscriber's name from from Insights > Blasts > Audience. The Audience Insight page includes two sections: Stats and Blasts Report.

  • The Stats section (located at the top of the screen) contains overall metrics for the Blasts your Audience Member received during the reporting period.

  • The Blasts Report section contains metrics related to the specific Blasts that Audience Member received.

Please Note: The metrics you see on these pages are dependent on the reporting period you select. To choose a new time period of metrics you would like to view, click on the time period drop-down in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

Stats:

  • Blast Volume: The average number of Blasts delivered per day. This is calculated using the formula (Delivered / # of days).

  • Blasts Opened: The number of Blasts opened during the selected reporting period.

  • Blasts Clicked: The number of Blasts that the Audience Member clicked something inside during the selected reporting period.

Blast Report:

  1. Blast Name: The name of the Blasts that were sent/delivered to this Audience Member during the selected reporting. period.

  2. Date Scheduled: The date the Blast was scheduled to be sent.

  3. Unique Opens (U. Opens): Counts ONLY the first time a Audience Member opens their Blasts.

  4. Opens: The total number of times the Blasts were opened.

  5. Unique Clicks (U. Clicks): Counts ONLY the first time a Audience Member clicks inside their Blasts.

  6. Clicks: The total number of clicks inside the Blasts.
