To find your previous Insights exports, go to Insights > Exports.

If you need help exporting metrics on Insights, check out this article first.

If you have previous exports, here are the things you may see on your screen:

  • Successful: Underneath the Successful header, you will see exports that are complete. Inside each successful export container, you will also see:

    • The Export Name

    • Status: Completed

    • The Date Requested and Date Processed

    • Download CSV: click this to download the export as a CSV.

  • In Progress (you may not see this header): This header is only shown when you have an export in progress. Inside each in progress export container, you will see:

    • The Export Name

    • Status: Pending

    • The Date Requested

      Please Note: Make sure you give your exports time to process (this may take anywhere from a few minutes to 15 minutes). Once they have processed, you will receive email confirmation. After this confirmation, the export container will move from the In Progress header to the Successful header.
