Want to share your Blast with additional people who weren't included originally? You are able to turn your Blast into a web link that can be shared on internal and external sites like intranet, social media, blogs, etc.
To generate a shareable link for a previously sent Blast, follow the steps below:
Go to Blasts > Sent.
Search for the Blast you want to share.
Click on the ⋮ Ellipsis Menu icon.
Click Shareable Link and a pop-up modal will show on your screen.
Toggle Generate Shareable Link to On.
Toggling this on will generate a link that you can copy using the clipboard icon and send to those who need access to the Blast or share the link wherever else you may want.
You can also preview the link by clicking the arrow icon to the right of Shareable Link inside the pop-up modal.
Once toggled on, the Shareable link for that Blast is live. This is a public link and can be shared with non-audience members. If your organization has SSO enabled for Everyone, this link still requires your organization's SSO for viewing.
Please Note: If you toggle Generate Shareable Link Off after the link has been shared, the link you shared will no longer be active, meaning that no one will be able to access the Blast with the url which was shared before.
