You know that feeling when you delete something and realize it’s lost forever and you can’t get it back? That can happen when you delete a Blast, so please double-check that you are deleting the correct Blast before completing this action.

Our system does NOT have a storage system of file versions or deleted files. Therefore, once something such as a Blast is deleted, it's deleted from our system, and we cannot get it back. For this reason, if there is even the slightest chance of you needing that Blast a few weeks down the line, DON'T delete it.

Once you have confirmed that you want to delete a drafted of scheduled Blast, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the correct page: Blasts > Drafts or Blasts > Scheduled.

  2. Find the Blast you want to delete.

  3. Click the three horizontal dots (located on the right side of your screen).

  4. Click Delete.

  5. You can then confirm this permanent action in the pop-up modal.
