To see the Blasts scheduled to be sent in your Instance, go to Blasts > Scheduled.
On this page, you will see the following 6 columns of information:
Name/Date: The name of the Blast, the date it is scheduled to be sent out, and the name of the Team Member in your Instance who created the Blast. Note: If you click on the name of the Blast, the Blast editor will open where you can make edits to the Blast.
Send To: The number of Subscribers the Blast will be sent to. Note: If you click on the number in this column, a pop-up modal will appear with a list of all the Subscribers the Blast will be sent to. Inside this pop-up, you have the ability to look for a Subscriber or a group of Subscribers by using the Sort By drop-down menu or the search bar.
Subject Line: The subject line of the scheduled Blast, which was set in the Sending Info section inside of the Blast Editor.
Send From: The email address that the scheduled Blast will be sent from, which was set in the Sending Info section inside of the Blast Editor.
Segments: The Segments your Blast is scheduled to be sent to, which were set in the Audience section inside of the Blast Editor.
Three horizontal dots: Click these dots and you will see the following options:
Edit: This will open Blast Editor where you can edit the Blast.
Delete: This will delete your scheduled Blast. Please Note: Once you delete a Blast, there is no reversing this action. Our system does not hold onto any information from our users once it is deleted.
Please Note: On this page, you can also sort your Blasts by clicking the drop-down box next to Sort By, and you can use the search bar to search for a specific Blast.
