If you've added the Launchpad to your intranet but don't see it, the following two reasons can help you troubleshoot why your Launchpad isn't showing:
Invalid Key
Not an Audience Member
Invalid Key
The first reason that could explain why your Launchpad is not showing is that your key is invalid.
To fix this, head back into Broadcast and regenerate your key:
Go to Settings > Integrations & Plugins.
Click Intranet Notifications & Personalization.
Click the Get Code button (located in the upper right hand corner of your screen).
In the pop-up modal, click Copy Sharepoint Key.
Paste this into a document for safekeeping.
Then re-paste your key into the SharePoint web part.
PLEASE NOTE: It could take 10-15 seconds for the Launchpad to show.
Not an Audience Member
The second reason that could explain why your Launchpad is not showing is that the Audience Member isn't a Subscriber in your Instance. Get their email address and search your Audience Manager for them.
To check this, go to Audience > Subscribers > get their email address and enter it into the search bar.
If they are not in our system, we can't serve them a personalized experience, so you will need to add them.
