There are two reasons why your Launchpad won't show. We will go over two ways to troubleshoot.

Invalid Key

The first is that your key is invalid. Head back into Cerkl and regenerate your key. Copy and paste it into a document for safekeeping.

Then re-paste your key into the SharePoint web part. Note that it could take 10-15 for the Launchpad to show.

Audience Member isn't in Cerkl

The other reason is that the audience member isn't in the Cerkl. Get their email address and search your Audience Manager for them. If they aren't in our system, we can't serve them a personalized experience. So you will need to add them. Check with your Cerkl Admin for help.
