Managing your Audience in Cerkl Broadcast can be difficult if your company or organization has a lot of employees (or external contacts). Fortunately, if all of your employee/contact records are managed in a System of Record (SOR) or Human Resources Information System (HRIS), you can develop an integration with our API that can keep your Broadcast Audience in sync with that system.

The first step to determining how to integrate records from your employee/contact management system is whether or not you and your team want to do the work on your end. Integrating With Broadcast

Which Employee Management Systems Can Broadcast Integrate With?

Cerkl Broadcast can integrate with virtually any SOR/HRIS entity. At the most basic level, API integrations are just custom code that connects information from one system to another. As long as you can access your employee/contact data in your code, you should be able to integrate with Broadcast to sync your Audience Member data between both systems, allowing you to only need to manage it in one location.

Using our API, you will be able to attach a variety of different attributes to your Audience Members (i.e. name, email address, job title, job level, location, and more). Our API also allows you to specify custom metadata key-value pairs that can hold any custom information you can dream up.
