There are several options and actions which can be performed within Insights across all of the available sections and page. Below is an overview of these actions and access to more information for when these options begin to vary across different sections.
Make Home Page
If you want to make a specific Insights page the first thing you see when you go to the Insights tab in Cerkl Broadcast, click the Make Home button at the top of your preferred Insights page.
Change Time Period
To change the time period of the metrics you are viewing, click on the time period drop-down in the upper right hand corner of your screen and select a new time period from the list or enter in a custom time period.
Certain sections filter by Time Period differently. For most sections, this filter will narrow activity to within the timeframe, like Blast Sending or Audience Engagement. However, the Content time filter applies to the Publish Date of the Content listed.
Time Filter Tip: Today is not included when filtering to the Last Week, 2, or 4 weeks. To see insights including the same day you're reviewing, select Today, All Time, or use a Custom Time Filter.
Filter
There are various filters available for most Insights tables which allow you to narrow down results. To filter Insights, click thefilter icon and use the drop-down lists to select filters to apply. Once selected, click Apply Filters to see your results update.

Sort
If you want to sort your Insights page to view your metrics in a different order, click the drop-down to the right of Sort By. From the drop-down, choose the options you would like to sort by, and then you can use the arrow to the right of the drop-down list to toggle if you are viewing the metrics in ascending or descending order.
Search
If you would like to search for something specific inside your Insights, you are able to use the search bar to find the information you’re looking for. The relevant search information that can be used will be named in the Search bar before you've entered any terms.
Export
To export the metrics you are currently viewing, click thefilter icon and then click the Export to CSV button. This will begin processing a .csv file. You will receive an email when the file is ready to download, or you can check the status and/or download from the Insights > Exports page.
